Dr. Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 -6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. Dr. Pepper
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Salt and pepper chicken and arrange in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
  • Mix together 1/2 cup of Dr. Pepper, 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup of ketchup.
  • Pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
  • Serve with rice.
